Michigan Summer Salad

I am camping in Michigan right now and I am finding it is certainly possible to eat healthy meals, even in the great outdoors. Here is a very easy but delightful salad.

Lettuce of choice
An apple, sliced
Michigan Strawberries, sliced
Michigan blueberries
pecans or walnuts, roughly chopped

Dressing: Juice of half a lemon, a couple of big splashes of olive oil and chopped fresh mint.

I nice to meet vegeterian. Even we are vegge. But don't use Egg and Murshroom at home.But we cook Different varies type of food.... i will try this salad..... Looking v colorful ....... thanx for recipee. i usually try all the international cusine into vegg.... thanx for wonderful recipees.........
