Yes, I found the cottage cheese to be quit...Hello! Yes, I found the cottage cheese to be quite nice. Ricotta of course would be great too. The ricotta might make it more familiar to you, especially since it lacks tomato sauce. I thought it would be good with tomato sauce, but that it was still good without it.
